Privacy policy
Last updated: 23 September 2026
This policy explains what data ferdan.tech collects, what for, and what you can ask us about it. It is written to be understood, not to cover ourselves.
Who is responsible
Ferdan, a technology consultancy based in Argentina. For anything about this policy, write to hola@ferdan.tech.
What we collect
What you type into the contact form: name, company, email, phone, the topic you are interested in and your message. Without the email we cannot reply; the rest is optional.
Our own page counter: which page was viewed, which section it came from and in which language. It uses no cookies, stores no IP address and cannot identify you. It always runs, because it is about the pages, not about you.
Google Analytics, only if you accepted it in the banner. It uses Google cookies and collects browsing data, with your IP address anonymised. If you decline, the script is never even downloaded.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry and to understand which content is useful. We do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes, and we make no automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
Form data, for as long as the conversation and the business relationship last, or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is aggregated and kept according to Google Analytics retention periods.
Who we share it with
With Google, if you accepted analytics, and with the infrastructure providers hosting the site and its database. No one else.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to hola@ferdan.tech. Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Act 25.326 applies, and the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority you can complain to.
Cookies
The only cookies on this site are Google Analytics ones, and they exist only if you accepted them. You can change your mind at any time:
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date above. Substantive changes are visible in the banner, because consent is asked again.
